Hamid holds a BA in business administration from Century University, US.

Hamid has worked in the real estate investment industry since 1992 with a focus on the Middle East and Europe. After working at the Alesayi Group in the 1990s he joined SEDCO, Jeddah in 2001 as Head of Global Real Estate Investments. During his tenure there he was responsible for a wide range of large and complex transactions including restructurings, financings, acquisitions and disposals, including the syndication of international real estate funds for Grosvenor and Kepple Alnumu.

Hamid was also responsible for managing the high profile Pinnacle development in Bishopsgate, EC2 and has served on the board of more than 20 other real estate investment and development companies in Europe, the Americas, Asia Pacific and the Middle East. He joined Rosecastle as an adviser in 2012.
